The Grainger property is a warehouse and distribution facility located at 2251 E. Division Street in Arlington, Texas. Archway acquired this property for the BV Archway Income Fund I through a sale leaseback with a 15-year NNN lease whereby Grainger retained occupancy on half of the building. After closing, the other half was leased to Airworth Aviation Consulting, a jet engine repair company. Both leases are long term NNN leases.
