Archway was selected to develop a district office and distribution facility for the US subsidiary of the world's largest baking company, Grupo Bimbo. Brands owned by the company include Mrs. Baird's, Oroweat, Sara Lee and Wonder Bread. Bimbo signed a long-term net lease and still occupies the property.
