Located in Waller, Texas this 61,500 SF office and manufacturing facility serves as the corporate headquarters for this manufacturer of coil tubing equipment.  Premier Coil Solutions (PCS) desired to find a long-term home that had great access, proximity to skilled labor, and low operating costs.  Archway identified a shovel-ready location with room for expansion in Waller Industrial Park, a short move from PCS' previous location on Highway 290.  Moving quickly to beat a lease expiration, Archway put together a Design Build team to accommodate the unique manufacturing needs.  PCS required a Wash Bay to clean refurb coil tubing rigs arriving from the oil field, and a 1,000 foot deep Dry Test Well on premises to commission their newly completed designs.  The project was successfully completed in September 2014 and has met PCS' needs for growth and efficiency.
