This London-based global leader in automation and controls chose Houston for its North America Headquarters. We developed a two-story, 110,000 SF facility for the Process Systems group that includes approximately 25,000 SF of light manufacturing space. This high-tech office building is situated on 12.3 acres in the Westway Office Park at 10900 Equity Drive near the West Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road. The building is expandable by up to 40,000 SF.
