In 2012, we acquired this 49,000 SF multi-tenant service center in north Houston near the intersection of I-45 and Airtex. It was less than 50% occupied and had some deferred maintenaince that belied its true quality. While making some minor upgrades to the facade and putting on a new roof, we were able to lease up the project to 100% occupancy, and realize the full added value of our efforts with a sale in December of 2017.
