I-20 Logistics Park

Archway created a rare assemblage of 165 acres of industrial zoned land including 42 individual contiguous parcels with 18 distinct owners to be known as I-20 Logistics Park. The project is the last significant industrial development opportunity with direct access to Interstate-20 in the south Dallas market. Archway partnered with Black Creek Group to co-develop I-20 Logistics Park to include two one million square foot Class A buildings. The first building will be delivered in early 2023. The second phase totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet will likely be developed as a build-to-suit project given its ability to provide an additional 400 trailer parking spaces immediately east of the building. Ideally located with an abundance of amenities, the park’s strategic location is near the Union Pacific Rail Intermodal Terminal and the 2nd largest FedEx Ground facility in the United States, establishing one of the best industrial development sites in the South Dallas submarket.
