Jason Smith joined the Archway Team in 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing operations management and small business development. This expertise forms a solid foundation for his role as Business Development Director, where his deep understanding of manufacturing client needs has been key to the rapid growth of Archway’s industrial portfolio.

Licensed as a Sales Agent since 2017, Jason has closed numerous commercial transactions and earned his Texas Broker’s license in May 2023.

A U.S. Army veteran, Jason holds a B.A. in Business & Marketing with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston. He further advanced his credentials through the nation’s top-ranked Bauer College of Business Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and currently is a Stanford Alexander Center for Real Estate Mentor.

Jason is married to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of a son in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University.
