Northern Tool + Equipment (NTE) wanted to strengthen its presence in the northeast Houston corridor. The Minnesota-based hardware retailer signed a lease with Archway in February 2020 to build a brand new 22,016 SQFT store within Archway's Park Air 59 development. The store is situated on a 1.7-acre tract with Highway 59 frontage within the 111-acre mixed use development in Humble. NTE was the fourth retailer to land at Park Air 59. With direct access to Highway 59 and close proximity to the retail-heavy FM 1960 thoroughfare, the combined traffic count pushes 250,000 vehicles per day making this an ideal situation for both NTE and Park Air 59.
