Archway sold 1.97 acres to a local C-store operator in 2013. The corner tract, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of I-69 and Will-Clayton Parkway, was an ideal location for a service station. The Sunoco branded station with a Schlotzsky's drive-thru opened for business in 2016 as the first development at Park Air 59.
