This 65,550 SF medical office building is the new home of the Vital Heart & Vein cardiology group at the heart of our Park Air 59 development. Vital Heart & Vein occupies all three floors of this state of the art facility that includes an ambulatory surgical center, imaging center, and cardiology clinic. The tenant purchased the property from Archway and hired us to provide development services for their project. The facility celebrated its grand opening in Q1 of 2019.
