Houston based TEAM, Inc. needed a facility in the Permian Basin area to serve their pipeline integrity and maintenance customer base in the region. They found a symbiotic partner in Archway Properties. Archway's experience with heavy manufacturing facilities along with its flexibility to partner up with general contractors throughout the state provided the advantages that TEAM needed. Additionally, TEAM's core business out of this facility is somewhat resistant to the fluctuations in the oil market because existing pipelines still have to be maintained regardless of production. This allowed Archway and TEAM to move forward with the project even after the events surrounding COVID-19 and the oil market volatility. The Odessa facility features 7,000-sf office for the firm's engineers and technicians plus 21,222 sf of warehouse space, which is outfitted with a five-ton bridge crane and overhead coiling doors for drive-in access. The single-story office/warehouse and storage yard will encompass 3.5 of the available 5.2 acres, building in room to grow as needed. There are 39 parking spaces and a truck staging lane looping around the building.
