AF Global (AFG) desired to consolidate 5 local facilities on a long-term basis. Their requirements were that the property should have great access, proximity to skilled labor, low operating costs and allow for growth. Archway identified a 144,613 SF existing facility that fit their immediate needs with additional land for expansion in Waller Industrial Park. The renovated facility consists of approximately 26,000 SF, two story office space with private offices, conference rooms, break room, and training rooms. Currently, the manufacturing space consists of three connected areas with an approximate 111,170 SF warehouse with cranes.

The new Built to Suit facility sits on an additional 16 adjacent acres located on the southern property line. This state-of-the-art facility consists of two buildings totaling 94,424 SF and contains a highly specialized Test Area.
