Justin Howe

Joining Archway in 2019, Justin provides over 10 years of full-time professional experience in the project management and civil engineering fields. His primary role with Archway is leading site due diligence initiatives for development opportunities, facilitating the contractor selection process, and construction and project management supervision. Justin's robust background as a contractor and owner representative on previous successful commercial, industrial and utility projects will add great value to our continually growing development portfolio. Our clients truly appreciate his goal-driven nature and leadership acumen.

Prior to joining Archway, Justin was a Project Manager at ARCO Design/Build which involved managing the full life cycle of projects including contract negotiations, spearheading the design process, and managing the construction and closeout process.

Justin also spent five years as a Lead Project Controls Engineer at Bechtel Group, Inc. This experience included providing upper-level management the information to make educated program-level decisions on multi-billion-dollar capital projects and managed all construction disciplines to ensure project success from a cost and schedule perspective.

Justin also provides background from his experience as a Project Engineer at the Metropolitan District in the clean water distribution and wastewater collection industry.

Justin graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He then graduated from the University of Texas with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, where he met his wife and started his life in Houston, Texas.
