Ben Allen

Becoming a partner in 2019, Ben has built his commercial real estate career at Archway Properties since joining the firm in 2013 as Development Manager. He began his tenure in a hybrid role spanning development, construction management, and brokerage, quickly taking on responsibility for complex and technically demanding projects early in his career.
Over the course of his career at Archway, Ben has overseen more than $300 million in new and renovated developments. His experience spans a wide range of commercial product types, including Class A office, medical office, heavy manufacturing, Class A industrial warehouse, flex industrial, corporate interiors, and mixed-use and industrial parks. He works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, city officials, lenders, investors, and end users, with a leadership style grounded in collaboration and trust in experienced teams.
In addition to development, Ben holds a Texas Broker’s License and manages Archway’s in-house brokerage platform, maintaining long-term relationships with both institutional-scale clients and growing local businesses.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University.
Ben met his wife, Angela, while they were both serving as counselors at Pine Cove in Columbus, Texas. They continue to support the Pine Cove ministry, attending family camp at Crier Creek and sending their three sons to Pine Cove’s youth camps. Ben is also active in his church and charitable pursuits.
